Great new physician to me. Took her time. Staff was great too

Great followed her from previous practices practice. I agree previous 1 star review , very odd. Not true at all. I never feel like a number. She spends time with me. Love the new practice from front desk lab nurses and both docs. Keep your head up doc, you can’t please everyone

I've been to see this doctor a few times. She is dismissive and unhelpful! She didn't listen to my issues and must have been busy with much more important things as she never looked up from he computer screen. She ordered labs and then told me they were all normal, but I have those results and they aren't normal according the UH testing ranges. I then get a call that everything is fine with no additional directions. No next steps. No ways to help and no answers.

Dr Molly Friedman is a great doctor when you are able to see her. Unfortunatly Twinsburg Family Medicine makes that very hard. A few months ago I needed an apt, but Dr Friedman was on vacation. I was able to get in to another Dr in the practice and was prescribed an antibiotic. Three days later, I had a complication with the medication and had to go back. Dr Friedman was still on vacation so I saw another Dr. Finally, three days later my labs come back and I required yet another Rx that was sent by a third Dr. I had several questions to ask, but everytime I called I was given the run around. Today I called the office at 8:40am to make an apt for a sinus infection and I was told not only was Dr Friedman full, but so were all the other Dr's in the practice. I could understand this if I had waited until noon to call, but this seems rediculous. I was left with the option of waiting until tomorrow afternoon with another Dr I don't know, or going to minute clinic. It is too… bad this location cannot do more to keep patience with their good Dr's. I will be looking for a new Dr ASAP.

Doctor Molly Friedman is, by far, one of the best Physicians in the region. She maintains a very professional relationship, but while truly caring about the patient. She has never given me an incorrect diagnosis in the ten years I have seen her. I would recommend her to anybody!

Correctly diagnosed me w/COPD (previous doctor diagnosed asthma, other doctors accepted that at face value). Willing to listen and spend time as needed. Highly recommend.
