Dr. Hayes was wonderful! Too bad she left Second Street Dental, that is now not a good practice

Saw at Elmhurst Dental Clinic Replacement (temporary I assume/hope) for my just retired dentist. She certainly will never be my new dentist. I did not believe minimal attention she paid, fact that she did not do a mouth/tongue exam. No give and take with Dental technician regarding what she had done--she had reacted to a concern and done a special procedure with medicine. Perhaps not asking about that is because she was only temporarily filling in. But no possible excuse for not doing the mouth/tongue exam -- (Some may never have seen the value of this, but I have both personally and with others I know. Expected and important service of visiting a dentist regularly. In fact, I had just brought in a medical record from an ENT physician to go in my Elmhurst Dental files. In it the final sentence after saying I did not need to see him again, was that I would be checked at my dental visits, or words to that effect.)
