Dr. Molly Hong, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Hong for many years. I am so impressed by her patience and interest in how I am doing. When faced with an unusual auto-immune disorder, she recognized it quickly and was able to calm my anxiety about the situation, particularly since the next step was to see an hematologist. She is an EXCELLENT doctor and I feel so lucky we have Dr. Hong in our community. I can't speak highly enough of her, and I am 66 - having been to other doctors in my life. Thank you Dr. Hong for your dedicated service.

Negative impact. I have standard hypertension but otherwise healthy. I wanted my prescription filled when moving to a new area. I visited Dr. Hong. She constantly harrassed me for monthly visits with no reason, demanded that I perform her statistical tests, did not listen to the information I provided her, sent wrong prescriptions into pharmacies, sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and sent nasty messages to my portal showing that she had not paid attention to the information I had given her. She was reluctant to fill my prescriptions and only gave me 30 days with no refills demanding that I make monthly visits. She does not appear to care about the patients issues, rather simply her "health grades" and taking money out of customer who have insurance. I have yet to get her to respond to the only issue I spoke to her about and an now $250 out of pocket with no response from her about my concern. I have a new PCP now.

I trust Dr. Hong implicitly. The wait-time in her office is probably due to other complications out of her control. I'd recommend her highly for Family Practice, Internal med, and Ob-Gyn/Pediatrics.

Dr Hong is a wonderful Dr who seems to genuinly care about her patients. When referals to specialests are needed both Dr Hong and her office are quick to work with insurance and specialist offices to get you the treatment you need quickly.
