I was born and raised in Southern California. I have always aspired to become a doctor. I am the only doctor from my family. For college, I headed east and attended at the University of Pennsylvania with a major in English and a minor in chemistry. During my junior year, I studied at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. I graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
