Summary
I grew up near Atlanta Georgia, and went to undergrad in Asheville, NC. While parts of me are still Southern at heart (I do say y'all), I moved to Fort Collins in 2007 for graduate school at CSU, and love it here!
My primary modality is IFS (Internal Family Systems). I am passionate about helping clients get in touch with the parts of themselves which are struggling, and work to fully understand these parts, and bring balance & healing to their internal mental & emotional experience.
In addition to IFS, I also utilize Mindful Self-Compassion, CBT, and behavioral problem-solving strategies, as well as work with clients on self-regulation, coping skills, personal boundary setting, healthy communication, and executive functioning.
