No one else would take me in but they did. With a sick teenager I was pleasantly surprised that they took me in quickly. They asked many questions and we're very helpful and professional. I'm definitely coming back!

I have been taking my children to Dr Salinas since they were born. When my daughter was 3 days old she had her first appt with Dr Salinas and at that appt I voiced my concern about my daughter being tongue-tied. Dr Salinas looked at me as if I didn't know what I was saying and then proceeded to tell me that she was fine it wasn't that bad. For anyone who hasn't had experience with this if you catch the tongue-tie early enough they can do it right there while your child is a newborn and is simple and pain free for the baby. Now if you wait until later on it then becomes a surgical procedure. Okay so I trusted Dr. Salinas that my child would be fine and completely forgot about the tongue-tie. So here I am 2 years later we take her back to Dr. Salinas for her 2 year wellness check. I inform her that my daughter is not talking at the level she should be so Dr Salinas refers us to a specialist thinking it could be something with her hearing. So today my daughter saw the specialist and her… ears are fine. He told me oh your child is tongue-tied and you are going to need to get that fixed or else she will always have speech issues. So now at the age of 2 my daughter has to be put to sleep and get her tongue snipped and stitched when all of this could have been avoided if Dr. Salinas would have just listened to my concern and referred me to someone back then. I trusted her and now my child needs speech therapy and surgery to fix something that otherwise would have been a minor snip at 3 days old. Do not go here she just wants to get paid and has no care for what is really wrong with your child.

THE DR SALINAS IS GOOD BUT THE STAFF SUCKS, ESPECIALLY THE LEAD WHO TAKES YOUR PAY BY THE WINDOW, SHE DOSE NOT KNOW ANYTHING, SHE OVER CHAGES YOU, I HAD A CO PAY FOR 15 DOLLARS AND I GOT CHAGED 80 DOLLARS, THE LADY TAKES FOR EVER WHEN YOU GET THERE AND THE STAFF ARE NOT PROFESSIONALLY AT ALL, NOT THE LEVEL THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE AT . DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING WHEN I ASKED HER, SHE SEEMED TO BE ON DRUGS OR SOMETHING THE WAY SHE BEHAVED ITS A NICE PLEASE WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The worst pediatrician I have EVER been to. We had words do to her assuming and judging without know the story... I will never go to her, I have already switch doctors and will tell EVER person I know to not go... She is a quack

She doesn't ask you any questions or if you have any questions or concerns about your child. She is always overbooked and in a rush to get in and out when she does come into the room. She just doesn't seem to care about her patients. She is just looking to make money with no regard for the children.

Dr. Salinas is awesome. I have never had a problem with her. Whenever I need anything from her I get a response that same day. We have been with her since my oldest son was 6 months wouldn't change for for the world

everytime i go to dr. Molly Salinas's office, my children and I are waiting FOREVER!!! the longest time was 5hours and least amount was 2hrs... it makes it very hard to come and wait that long for a visit that takes no longer than 15mins.. the doctor herself is very nice and she cares about her patients deeply. As for her staff i strongly believe that they all need to go back to school and get refreshed on how to administer vaccines and how to take vital, and customer service. the staff represents the doctors, the staff needs to do a better job at being personable and educated in what they are hired to do.!!! go get a refresher course (the staff)!!!!

I was treated like terrible(like a number). See Dr. Trevino next time.
