Dr. Molly Schachter Stumacher, MD

My wife and I have been patients for a number of years. We have always been treated like people, NOT patients. Dr. Stumacher spends all the time needed and answers questions frankly. Cannot say enough good about her.

refused to help understand condition. refused to take patient concerns seriously. refused to schedule followup visits. office will not make appointments nor send reminders. ended conversation to patient with, you may have cancer, it is unknown, make your own reminders to get checked here or somewhere else. this was confusing and showed no regard for patient well being.

She is the best!!! Great to talk with and very helpful!!!

Dr. Stumacher is awesome! During treatment for breast cancer in 2010, she made me feel so comfortable. She made me feel like a best friend was working to save me. All questions were answered without hesitation, and with total transparency. And let's face it...not all cancer-related questions have happy answers. I never felt she was holding back. I am very happy she was, and continues to be, my oncologist.

Dr. Stumacher has been my oncologist for 6 years. I first met her when she was a Fellow in hematology at the U. of PA in Philadelphia. Her manner and upbeat personality lifted my spirits immediately, and I asked her to become my primary oncologist, even though it meant a 3 hour drive for me. She listens carefully to her patients, shows genuine concern for them and understands the anxiety they are experiencing. She is always prompt with returning calls and providing information about test results. She is a definitely a patient oriented doctor.

Dr. Stumacher has been treating me for breast cancer for one year. Her attention to detail meant that a cancer recurrence was diagnosed very early. She has a wonderful bedside matter and returns my phone calls. Because she spends a lot of time with each patient, she does have the tendency to run late. She is however, worth the wait.

Dr. Stumacher took wonderful care of my Mom. We always felt we had her undidvided attention and that she takes each patient's battle with cancer personally.
