Molly graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy and then earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University. She served as a physical therapist in the U.S. Army Medical Specialist Corps from 1992 to 1996.
