Dr. Molly Jane Zittel, DO

Very happy with Dr Zittel. Good communication in person and through portal. I always feel like I am listened too. Wait time is fair and waiting room is not overcrowded.

The only redeeming part of this office is the wonderful woman who answers the phone. Beyond that, you should run far from Dr. Zittel. She is rude, condescending, and has no interest in anything you have to say. She will type on her laptop the entire appointment, but amazingly will have not a clue about you during your next visit. She would routinely ask me why I was on medications that she put me on. She also blamed my chronic pain on me being overweight for 5 years until I finally saw a specialist and found out I had lupus. If you like to throw away money and be looked down on like a spec of dirt on someone’s shoe then you’ll love her.

Dr. Zittel may be intelligent and knowledgeable, but it was hard for me to tell as she is distractingly condescending and dismissive. I had looked forward to "meeting the doctor" after a couple of great appointments with thoughtful PAs, but now, after one visit with Dr. Zittel, I am leaving this practice for one with a doctor who takes a moment to listen rather than trivilize a patient's health and legitimate concerns. On top of this, during a global pandemic, I would prefer to see a doctor who wears a mask when sitting 5 feet away from me in an office, rather than one who doesn't and who tells me I don't need to do so either. I look forward to trusting a new doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Zittel's for close to twenty years. She is a very caring, knowledgeable professional. I feel so fortunate to have her as my physician. In this world of ever-changing medical landscapes, she has remained tried and true. I would recommend her to to anyone searching for a qualified primary care giver. Thank you Dr. Zittel

Dr. Molly was my primary doctor a few years back. She could be a little stubborn with you at times but I found her to be a very compassionate and caring doctor. The only reason I left her practice was because of her lack of being on time....

I have been going to Dr Zittel for almost 20 yrs. I think she is just great. She listens to what you have to say & asks the questions to get to the bottom of your problem. I highly recommend her!

She is rude! You can't talk to her because she literally doesn't care what you have to say ! I've been going to Tom her PA for years and he left. I was stuck with her and now I'll never go back . I want Tom back !
