Dr. Mon Vera, MD

Truly horrific and traumatic experience with this physician. He was friendly and kind at first but things drastically changed over time. He was inflexible and not the friendliest. Writing this right now makes me want to cry because of how difficult my experience has been with Dr. Vera as my primary care physician. In addition, he was very unresponsive when it came to crucial needs like prescription refills and important documentation. The only saving grace is that there will be another wonderful, accommodating and personable physician for me to engage with now that my time with Dr. Vera concludes. I am on to better and can thank Dr. Vera for showing me what I do NOT want in a primary care physician. I believe many of these negative reviews on other sites are 10000% true and I'd advise you to steer clear of Dr. Vera. You can tell this is the same Dr when you look at the identical credentials. Perhaps this is why he goes by Mon Vera instead of Ramon Vera?

He's friendly and pleasant and will stick you with thousands of dollars in billing for tests you did not ask for and do not need. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Vera is knowledgable, sweet, funny, and incredibly patient. He took time to listen to all my concerns and addressed all my questions. I felt totally safe and cared for. His impeccable fashion sense just adds to the whole thing!
