Dr. Lisa Lane, DO

Dr. Mona Lane is a doctor who actually cares and listens to her patients. She's very thorough in her evaluation and treatment plans. In my Lifetime, I've never experienced a doctor who called me outside of their office hours to check on me and make sure my medical needs have been met. I'd recommend Dr. Lane to anyone.

I had an horrible experience a few weeks ago that left me in tears. I had and appointment with Doctor Lane regarding a medication checkup. It usually only takes 10 mins tops. Afterward she sends the prescriptions to the pharmacy. I went to check in at the desk with the receptionist. She looked in the computer and said I wasn't on the schedule. They mix up appointment dates all the time. I told the receptionist to tell the doctor that I needed my prescriptions filled. Long story short the receptionist when back and forth with the doctor and her nurse for about 30 mins. Then the nurse Allison came to the door and called my name. She directed me to the patients room, she shut the door with her hand planted on the door handle. She started yelling at me stating that Lane didn't want to see me and I needed to reschedule. I asked her, why was she blocking the door and what was the reason she called me into the room? Obviously, she was trying to intimidate me. She said, "Its because they… wanted me to leave the office. She walked toward me put her hand in my face, I immediately told her to remove her hand from near my face. Another nurse thankfully walked in and said "What is going on" the nurse Allison walked out of the room. The nurse apologized repeatedly and said that I would be seen by Lane. Lane came in the room and didn't want to hear what happened to me. I was in tears, Lane totally blew me off. I then receive a letter from Lane certified stating she couldn't continue on as my doctor. I was unbelievably SHOCKED. Dr. Lane nurse Allison was trying to start a physical confrontation. As a doctor it is unfathomable that she would totally disregard me and then release me as a patient, after I was verbally and nearly physically abused. Warning Dr. Lane didn't care about my safety as a patient. You're taking a huge gamble with Lane and her nurse Allison.

She listens, cares and is very personable. Love her!

She is very professional and takes her time talking to you and getting all your medical information.

Dr. Lane is very rude when you ask questions about her diagnosis. She tries to get rid of you as fast as possible but the wait time is at least and hour after your appointment time. She was my Doctor for 10 years and acted like she never met me every time I went to see her. I finally had enough of her and found a real doctor.

Everytime I go to see Dr. Lane she is ALWAYS LATE by an hour or more! She acts like she's never seen me and I have been going to her for 6 years, the first 4 of which I was in the office every 3 months. Very disappointing to say the least.

Mona Lisa lane is the sweetest Doctor she is kind and really quite caring she does her best to help you if she isn't sure she will send you to a specialist but the wait time is almost 2 hours sometimes the staff doesn't answer the phone and you have to get passed her desk goon Sandy who is infamous for being nasty in fact told me I want even supposed to be there because of my insurance but once you get to dr. Lane shes genuinely the kindest woman

Dr. Lane is an exceptional physician, she spends time to listen to what I have to say and diagnoses me accordingly, plus goes with her experience. I recommend her to all who are seeking a very knowledgeable and extraordinary doctor who is personable yet very professional.

Dr. Mona Lisa Lane has been my physician for over 15 years and she is curious and thoughtful, takes her time and ask questions, more importantly she lessons.
