Dr. Mona Wu, MD

Pretty much a disaster. She was rude to me, rude to my spouse, unsupportive and just plain unpleasant. I wanted to leave the Er the moment I met her. No bedside manner and severely judgmental. Negative and unhelpful. The nurse didn’t care for her either (she told me this when I complained). Please enter another line of work Dr. Wu, because clearly, you suck at this.

Berates patiences, does not listen to history. Terrible doctor. Would give her 0 if possible.

She was hurried and curt. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I was in intense pain and she was unsympathetic and in disbelief. Once I reached the hospitalist, they took good care of me. I’ll never go back to newton Wellesley emergency again. The nursing staff was great.

Avoid her if you go to Newton-wellesley ER! Rude, abrupt, Inexplicably arrogant. Doesn't answer questions or offwe treatment feedback. She was too rushed to even remember to give me the prescription. Why practice medicine if you can't talk to patients? She needs to be farmed out to a different profession. Terrible doctor!

Bedside manner leaves something to be desired. She rushes and is not pleasant.
