Dr. Zafar is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. That is all you want and need in a PCP.

I had the misfortune of being scheduled with this Zafar because my primary couldn't see me urgently. Having a family history of abdominal cancers, I found an unusual lump in my abdomen and got very nervous. I went to urgent care and they felt the lump and ruled out some simple problems, which made me more nervous. Over the course of the next two weeks I saw multiple doctors and other medical professionals as well as family and friends who all felt this obvious lump/mass. BUT, I went to this Zafar and she ran her fingers back and forth over the lump and looks me straight in the eye and says, "there is no lump there." Wait, what, I said. "I don't feel anything there", she repeats. Ten minutes later I was getting an ultrasound and the technician was running the wand over the lump and I said, 'do you feel anything?' and she said, "of course I feel something, there is a lump there." I don't understand how this is a practicing "doctor" in the United States.

She is the worst dr I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. After 27 years of having a relationship with a doctor from this medical group we left!!!.

So far my experience has been good. She's our PCP. She listens and gives appropriate referrals. Goes over all the details. Seems nice for what it's worth.

Terrible doctor. Didn’t know what she was doing so told me all was normal. I have a brain and spinal issue. Worst appointment ever. Kept reading the mri that was with gadolinium to look for diseases and told me I have no disc herniations, any doctor that does not know the difference between the two MRIs shouldn’t be in practice. Also if you don’t know what your doing or about the persons illness, you DO NOT tell a person everything is normal and fine just because you don’t know. Terrible.
