Dr. Monet Alonda France, MD

I first visited Dr France in 2018 for a contusion to my left knee. She was very thorough in explaining what to expect and do for this injury, she listened and answered my questions, very professional, well spoken, patient. I felt a connection when I walked into her office. Now here I am visiting Dr France again in 2020 for pain in my left knee. She gathered up all the facts for why I have pain and again she explained the reason for my pain and gave me options to choose from to help the pain. I am extremely satisfied with my visits to Dr France and look forward to future visits with her. I am a happy camper because she has my best interest at heart. Her assistant Iesha was very thorough and nice like Dr France where they both made me feel comfortable.

She was recommended to me but I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She was rude, inconsiderate and beyond frustrating to deal with from start to finish from the second she walked into the room. She reeked of arrogance and made me feel like I wasted her time once she determined I wasn't a surgical candidate for her - I can't find one positive thing to say about her or her demeanor at all - I am highly disappointed and completely wasted my time going to consult with her.

I was very pleased with the professional and caring way I was treated by the doctor and her nurse assistant. The appointment was very organized and I understood the diagnosis and have hopes of feeling better soon.
