Dr. Monica E Briones, MD

As others have said, she is not friendly at all, and she doesn't even seem to remember you as a patient. She never really examines you but just types into the computer. It takes a long time for her to respond to your messages. Usually, someone else on the staff will respond, but you don't get the feeling that she cares about your concerns. I absolutely loved my previous provider but that doctor left. As there are so few doctors practicing in NM, I feel stuck.

She is uncaring, unfriendly, never smiles, and if you try to tell her your new medication is making you feel sick, nauseous giving you bad hand tremors, extreme dizziness, tiredness, nightmares, fast heartbeat and you feel just lousy, constantly, all the time..all she will do is say come back in a month... She also did not bother to get my prior,15 years worth of medical records even after 3 appts. She fixates one one issue without looking at the whole pitcure.

Excellent service for Military approved Tricare physician on file with Family Services. Private and secured with physician medical records, discussions and notes. Hospital evaluation of inpatient services is greatly appreciated for safety of those in field ops of government.

I have seen this Dr. less than 5 times. Tried to give her a fair chance. I am very displeased with this doctor. She never welcomes you or even smiles at you. She is always rushed and makes me feel like she doesn't care. Dr. Briones is always on her laptop and never listens to what your concerns are. She seems threatened if you ask questions or voice concerns. I feel sorry for the people in the east mountains we deserve better medical care. I will never go to her again!

She is mean, uncaring, unprofessional, arrogant, the worst doctor I have ever been to.
