Office staff not professional. Dr. Worse behavior. Office needs more professional etiquette. No return calls for many messages I left and when I got there they said dr will not see me. Do not take your health issues to a careless practice. Horrible and rude

Dr. C. is on top of Mom's needs all the time

I have been seeing Dr. Cepin for 2 years and have been extremely happy with both her medical knowledge and bedside manner. However, In that time I have seen the efficiency of the staff degrade tremendously, although the staff members are the same individuals who were there when I first selected Dr. Cepin as my PCP. I cannot feel comfortable having a doctor whose staff fails to return phone calls, fails to follow up on questions, fails to inform me of issues. I just called my insurance company and selected a new PCP.

Sad enough, we are changing doctors,we came to see Dr Cepin for a few months and the wait was always long, never remember us, and the lat visit I tried to explain to get that I was disappointed with the system and she didn't care and walked out! No I will not recommend her to any one, if you are looking for a pediatrician and you are knew like me in California I think I've learned to ask a friend for recommendations and to NOT just find one like me on line:(

Wonderful, skilled doctor!

Dr. Cepin treats both of my children. We have seen her for 2 years. She is kind, helpful, and makes sure to talk about all concerns. Her staff is friendly and consistant. I've also noticed she treats many Spanish speaking patients. I highly recomend her. Just make sure you bring change because the parking is metered.
