I called to see if they were taking new patients because my current pcp left the area. They said they were taking new patients and got me scheduled for October! That was fine with me. Then the staff member asked me to hold for a few minutes, and when she came back she said that they couldn't schedule me because I saw them once in 2009, and never came back. I dont remember that appointment, but that is around the time my pediatrician stopped seeing me, so its likely where my mom took me for my thyroid bloodwork follow up. Regardless, I asked if I left an unpaid bill behind or something since they wouldnt see me again. The staff said no, just that once a patient leaves the practice they will NEVER see them again. I've lost and gained insurance several times. Moved out of state and back 3 times. Its been nearly 20 years, and they're holding it against me... thats insane and the opposite of providing care to the people who need. Dont go here. They're petty.

I work 12hr from 7p to 7 a. Wanted staff to fax script to Women's Health. They didn't want to do insinuating the clinic would lose it. Your staff wants me to stay wake so I can turn around and drive to your office to pick up script. By then I will be up 15 hrs. Then I have to hurry and sleep and get back up at 4:30 to get ready for work. Might get 3-4 hrs sleep? Thanks for your help.

I have been very satisfied with the healthcare I receive from Dr. Farland. I'm never rushed and know when I leave all my concerns have been addressed. She listens to me and I feel respected. I listen to her and I respect and value her knowledge. I have told many people about her and have recommended her highly.
