Better practice is to listen to the patient . Physician is dismissive. Better clinica outcomes are reached when you listen to the patient’s views

Dr. Florez has great bedside manners and makes me and feel very comfortable. I really trust her as a doctor and her staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait is not long at all in the office and they really take their time with you at the time of the visit. Love this office!

We took our Daughter because of a chronic cough. Each time the doctor seemed to be more interested being Right, than doing whats right. Her Bedside manners needs work and doesn't seem to understand how to deal with first time parents who are conceren about their family. In the end after the results came back, they went against her recommendations. In the meantime I will be looking for another doctor.

Dr. Flores is one of the best doctors that i met, and i wouldn't change her for any other. GOOD JOB!!!
