I saw Monica Giles, M.D., after my first endocrinologist failed to properly diagnose my condition for 2 years, because he only read the summary line of my MRIs, because he was too busy to read the entire report. Dr. Giles greeted me with a genuine, big smile and a handshake. On my first visit with her, I learned more about my endocrine condition than I had learned the whole time I was a patient with the other doctor. Dr. Giles is genuinely interested in me as a person and a patient and she answers all of the questions I have, regarding my condition, whether it is during an office visit, or via a phone call. I would recommend Dr. Giles to anyone looking for a good, knowledgeable and caring endocrinologist.

The best Endocrinologiest ever i have been a diabetic since 2000 she is the greatest.Will recommend her to any and everyone

I began seeing Dr. Giles for my Type II Diabetes about 2 years ago. She is extremely warm, caring and takes her time listening to your concerns and questions. She's very knowledgable about diabetes. She makes me feel comfortable during office visits and is always encouraging to improve my lab n umbers while not critical. After my last visit she personally emailed me my lab results and encouraged me to contact her with any questions. A rarity in today's environment.

After doing my research online, I chose Dr.Giles for her outstanding rÃ©sumÃ©. (I always like to think I have the smartest doctor available working on me!) I was not disappointed: she is very intelligent, but with a caring and compassionate nature. Her assessment of my condition and her follow-up were exceptional.
