While I must admit you do wait she is worth the wait, she is so thorough and gives you a very accurate diagnosis. She will spend the time that she she needs to with you and I always leave there with every question answered. I really respect this women!!

She was rude, I waited 2 hours, and she did nothing.

Dr. Gross' level of attention to detail and degree of concern is exemplary. I find her diagnostic skill to be her strength. I credit her with actually saving my life! The wait can be a challenge, but the reason for Dr. Gross falling behind schedule is the open-ended amount of attention and time she gives to each of her patients. My experience has been Dr. Gross will not leave a patient in the lurch with unanswered questions. Dr. Gross is not a clock watcher, but rather a patient focused angel of mercy. If you are in pain, there is no one better to help you. Or at least in my 70 years, I haven't found a better and more caring physician!

The waiting time is horrible. Have never been taken into patient room on time. Usually one to 2 hours in waiting room. Office staff rude. Calls for refills ignored for days and even weeks. Like her as a doctor, but my blood pressure is always elevated by the time I get into exam room.

Wish there was a zero star. Had to switch Doctors because She can not make appointments on time. Makes you wait hours, and sometimes scheduals appointments and strolls in an hour late. Office personel is changed everytime I had an appointment and they never know where she is. No one has any remorse for the extreme wait time.
