Summary
I aspire to support, empower, and strengthen those who seek mental health support. I'm present for those who would like to work through traumatic experiences, depression, anger management, and other social concerns. Together, I'd like to empower you to build your own skill set. To be able to take from our sessions and apply skills to your everyday life. I've supported clients within an inpatient and outpatient setting. I believe in and utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Each session will be client driven, you will take lead in deciding what goals you'd like to work on with my support, and work through these challenges. Each session we'll be checking in on your current well-being, review your goals, progress, and barriers prior to diving into the next agenda. Each session you'll take something to explore, and incorporate into your life.
