I had pneumonia, blood pressure 90/60, low sodium and extremely weak. Dr Howard saw me in her office - said my blood pressure was low and prescribed a "Z Pack" and said to continue the OTC cough medicine - I would feel better in 3 days and she walked out of the office - I was done. After a few days I contacted another Dr and learned I had bronchial pneumonia, dangerously low blood pressure and low sodium (x rays and blood work). I was treated by this other Dr and was well in 10 days. After the Z Pack was not working I called Dr Howard and her assistant told me I needed to be patient that I was sick and it takes time to get well, I did not need any other med and Dr Howard was busy but she would send an email and in 2 days Dr Howard would respond. (Dr Howard called me one month later to ask why I did not want her as my Dr anymore) I'm amazed she has not lost her license. Nancy k

Not sure what's more troubling, the lack of bedside manner and time spent with patient or the mostly rude and uncaring counter staff. It seems that getting patients in and out of the examination room is a priority. I've never before felt like I was seen as warm body with appropriate medical insurance when visiting. I will be looking for another doctor and practice.

Dr. Howard is the best doctor I have ever had. She is extremely kind and compassionate.
