Dr. Monica A Joshi, MD

I had a cold that had settled in my chest that was severely affecting my breathing (I have asthma). I normally see Dr. Montoya's partner, but Dr. Montoya had the first available appointment. I was so sick, and from the moment I shook hands with her I was immediately impressed. She asked me some questions, gave me a steroid shot and nebulizer breathing treatment, after my O2 saturation was low, she coordinated to have a nebulizer machine delivered to my house, and when I called back to the office the next morning because I still wasn't feeling better, she talked to me personally, advised me to increase my medication and call her back if I wasn't feeling any better and I would possibly have to be hospitalized. She is caring, professional, really on top of her game, and I think she's a wonderful doctor. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone.
