Dr. Monica Menichello was thoughtful, knowledgeable and very clear.

My doctor held eye contact the entire visit and had read my charts before I came in, addressed past and current concerns-she is FANTASTIC!!

My daughters, ages 14 & 17, saw Dr. Menichello and absolutely love her. She spent a good amount of time with them, addressing their issue with great care and was very informative. The office staff was very friendly as well. I didn't have to wait long at all for my scheduled appointment. I was very surprised to read the negative remarks about this doctor & office staff, as I was very happy with the whole experience.

Showed up for a SCHEDULED appointment (that was made a month in advance since new patients have to make appointments well in advance) and NO appointment in their computers to be found. Office staff OBVIOUSLY incompetent and that spells RED FLAG. Just like nail salons in Naples....a dime a dozen.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Menichello a few years ago at a different physician group and absolutely loved her! Since then, I had moved and she went on to build her own practice. While staying in FL, I remembered her name and looked her up because I was experiencing pain in my side and was hoping to get in to see her. I was told that she was too busy to see me and go to a local walk in or wait until sometime later in the month. I am sure this is not the only office that has that mind set and if I called other offices I may have been treated the same manner; I guess, I am just in shock that it happened to me. I think it is very sad that staff (because the person I spoke to was an office professional) had already dismissed me and was moving on to her next call; I was just another person (not yet an established or re-established patient) and did not need a "ripple" in their perfectly planned day. I am sure Dr. Menichello is still a great physician and those who are her… preferred patients are receiving excellent care. I wish nothing but the best for her and her practice, but hope she does somehow read this and perhaps rethink her current office practice of accepting a patient that is in need of services that day that she may not know or remember. It would simply be just an act of â??kindnessâ??.
