Dr. Monica Ngocman Ngu, MD

I do NOT recommend Dr.Ngu. She doesn’t listen, is rude, gets mad at you if you don’t want the vaccines and meds she tries to push on you. Never helped me with any of my health concerns and just brushed me off and insisted I do all these tests that aren’t recommended until you’re over 40 (which I’m not) just seems like she wants to get as much money as quickly as possible and very clearly doesn’t care about her patients and their health. I left her office and found an amazing doctor. So the only thanks I have to her is thanks to how awful she treated me, she made me mad and never want to see her again, and that helped me to find my amazing doctor I have now.

Dr.Ngu is very thorough. Tells me what I am due for and leaves it up to me if I want to proceed

Extremely rude, not understanding about anything quick to judge. ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY!! Will charge you for two appointments if you come in with multiple symptoms and have two diagnoses. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a small problem and needed a doctor’s opinion. After three different doctors not accepting new patients I went to Dr Ngu. Firstly, I was never told to fast before my first appointment, I was told to show up 20 minutes early only to be seen 30 minutes after my initial time of appointment. She came in without a smile and/or handshake and went straight to the computer. Asked me question after question for 15 minutes. Told me I needed bloodwork, was angry I didn’t fast for bloodwork and repeatedly told me about shots I needed and about losing weight like I didn’t know I needed to lose some pounds. She gave me a physical that lasted 1 minute. Asked about my one problem, didn’t even LOOK at my one problem and told me “ it’s okay. It won’t go away, but it’s fine”.. The one thing I came in for, was the one thing I needed her to spend more time on and she didn’t. Terrible bedside manner and was very vain. Didn’t look at me at all. Overall, she was thorough with my family history, but… could give two hoots about anyone but herself. Her staff was very nice, one needed to wash her hair and the other bruised my arm but don’t go to her. She’s awful.
