Super smart, great listener and really finds the time to spend with you... which is rare for a doctor. Will call you at your home within a few days like the doctor's in the good old days... this doctor is one of a kind, always upbeat and friendly with a smile.

She spent over an hour with me during my first appointment... It was a get to know me on a personal level! I have never had a doctor take time like she did...love her! I felt like I was more than a number! Refreshing!

Dr. Oui listens very carefully. She is very supportive, kind, gentle, sweet and compassionate. I drive to the opposite side of town to see her. She is wonderful.

I have been seeing Dr. Oei for over 2 yrs and I am so glad I found her because it's hard to find someone you trust and are comfortable with. . She is genuine, honest, smart, caring ...... I could go on and on. I recommend her. 10/10!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Oei for nearly 4 years now. She is the most thorough Dr. I've ever had. I find her to be extremely knowledgeable and available. She always calls personally with my test results and I would recommend her and her practice to anyone.

I originally saw Dr Oei in another practice and remembered her from her pleasant bedside manner. She has been following up with me and working with me on an ongoing issue. When I call she is prompt about returning my call - even once when she wasn't in the office. She considers my concerns and is genuine about her concerns for my care. I do have insurance but it's unfair to fault doctors for costs and billing which they do not handle. I felt I had all the time in the world to speak to Dr Oei and have confided in her as I expect to do so in my family practitioner. As a former Lupus sufferer she has been very thorough to confirm my current issues are not related to this. She even assited me in getting a compounded drug for my lactaction problems. - I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Very bad doctor. Avoid her and Wake Med.

No one in the office, patient in wheelchair, brought in MRI disk, which Oei didn't want, said she wouldn't order MRI, because it would be at least $1000, instead sent him for Xrays, tried to find out the cost, because had no insurance to no avail, assumed $500 or $600 which was alot. They took way too many and he wasn't allowed to leave, essentially was held hostage. She then said he had a little Arthritis and refused to talk to him after he questioned why he was sent a $2500 bill. This woman should have never taken this patient, as she had no qualifications in dealing with this. She probably would be fine with a stomach ache, but to do this to someone with no insurance is unethical. She is the worst Doctor we've seen.
