I started seeing Dr. Pedemonte in 2018. I saw her for a little over a year. She helped me manage my anxiety and de-escalate my rapid thoughts. She taught me how to use mindfulness and breathing techniques to help with my anxiety. I had an extremely stressful job in 2019 and my dog passed away. It was an emotionally draining year and my anxiety was at an all-time high. She genuinely cared about my mental health and my progress. She taught me how to get through difficult times and how to see things from a different perspective. I enjoyed having conversations with her and I felt like someone was actually listening to me and all of my rants. The only reason I stopped seeing her was because I moved to a city four hours away. I thank her for everything and I am so grateful to have had her as my therapist.

Due to my stressful job and the death of my dog, my anxiety was at an all time high and she helped me manage it and de-escalate the crisis my own mind was creating. I thank her so much for the help she provided me. She showed me that she truly cared for my feelings and for my progress. The only reason I stopped seeing her was because I moved out of the city, if not I would’ve definitely continue to see her. I most definitely recommend her to anyone seeking mental health assistance.

My first impression of Dr. Pedemonte was that she was a knowledgeable and well-purposed professional; however, OPA and Dr. Pedemonte charge outrageous hourly rates for not only BEYOND sub-par editing standards (My last name was misspelled the incorrect way 4 times in two different ways), but evidently also a huge lack of professional standard with apparent pretentious and misrepresentative statements. I would recommend you find someone that puts more care and time charging $200 an hour. This is an abhorrent example of what a mental-health provider should be to their patient and should not be tolerated.
