Very informative and skilled dentist. Service is excellent. Only comment is to make sure you bring alot of money, as she is extremely expensive.

She talks down to you as if you are her child and her staff does a TERRIBLE job in confirming what your insurance covers. They say OH, based on your plan, it's covered and you are all good, just pay your deductible and lo, you get a ton of bills. Dr. Rao gets an attitude when you bring this to her attention and tells you that you are being spiteful after writing a review about the terrible experience. Never again will she get my business. Glad I found another Dentist.

This just goes to show you the level that Dr. Monica Rao reaches to show her patients that they matter to her... recently, a beautiful bouquet of flowers were delivered to my daughter at home in celebration of her 21st birthday. The card read, from Dr. Rao. What a surprise! This type of special attention is what makes caring and knowledgeable dentist exceptional. Her work and her kindness extend far beyond the walls of her office and for that, we are most appreciative. A special thank you from my family to Dr. Rao and her staff.
