Terrible Service! The doctor needs to get an actual employee or front desk person, her husband cannot even fill out a referral without making you jump hoops and do all his work for him, even then he doesn’t know how to email, can’t call the insurance company himself, pretty useless and incompetent. And to make matters worse, since it’s the doctors husband you can’t even talk to her or get access without going through this duffus! He’s playing with my child’s medical safety with his incompetence and costing us weeks of lost time by not sending the referral.

I have been going to her office for almost 10 years, and she is great. She is very professional, friendly and she truly cares for you as a person and not a number. She is knowledgeable and I trust my health in her hands.

I have been a patient for many years of dr reina and I was at her office the day ms Leslie Sanchez had a pshicotic attack at dr reina staff and patients she was rude behave crazy disrespectful .ms lesli does not take care of her daughter and is abusing doctors and Medicaid she is lying in the review and is a pity that a irresponsible mother can say whatever she wants and slander a doctor reputation I apologize in my name and all the other patients of dr reina for this horrible behavior this lady Leslie Sanchez could not get the doctor to participate in one of her schemes and then turn around and star spreading lies ms Sanchez I hope god have mercy on you and that the state does not take your child you can still try to be a mother you child needs a good mother try to participate in her life and not give her to your husband you could not say anything about drs office because you never been there you husband was the one that always took the child take responsability for your… child and stop blaming others your child does not need movies at a doctors office she needs a loving mother and a person that do what you do has a lot to learn to be that mother I hope you change on time to help your child and assume the responsability that is yours to raise your child and is not a pediatrician responsability ms Leslie seems very frustrated woman. She is definitely not enjoying being a mom and if she could she wouldn't

I have been a patient for 15 years dr monica reina is the most professional pediatrician I have ever met. she is the best for my 5 children ,she treat us with respect she has a very friendly staff and her office is always clean I love the smell of her office she is always on call and she returns the calls promptly she knows how to treat us I trust her decisions she is always available to help my children they-never cry when they get immunized .they love her and trust her she has been there for us for 15 years,she is very humble and kind compassionate, wonderful to have her here she always does all the forms for school very well ,there is almost no wait time in her office, I can always get a appointment when I want also I walk in many times and they are always available I highly recommend dr reina if you want a doctor that cares and respects you and your children.
