The office staff member Michelle is very rude and unprofessional. I am not due for my annual appointment until April of 2023, and the receptionist refused to fill my birth control unless I would come in this month which is a month to soon. I tried to explain to her that my health insurance would not cover the appointment, but she was very unreasonable. She responded by giving me an ultimatum to either come in for an "unnecessary appointment," or to find another OBGYN! I have never been so insulted in all my life. This is very inappropriate behavior for a professional staff member that deals with patients at a doctor's office.
