Seems tough. I overheard a raising voice to Daniella the office secretary over a patient who mistakenly tore a doctors name over a blood work result. The patients daughter tried to produce documents that able to meet their standards as legal document. However there was still a refusal to see a patient after the manager consulted with a kidney specialist. I truly hope there was no prejudice or picky to see other patient race or nationality. Specially to those who doesn't have an insurance and willing to pay. I know you have the right to refuse patient however the daughter and mother are not villains showing little compassion and kindness on their situation would truly make a difference.
