Dr Murphy is the best ER doc I've ever had. She listens to her patient & treats the patient, not the "in the box illness". She does what works. Even if it's different than the norm. I'm thankful for docs like her. I wish more would take a lesson from her! Thank you, Dr. Murphy!

Dr. Monica Murphy is the best ER Physician I have encountered. My mom has Dementia and cardiovascular disease, which require frequency ER visits. She was a patient of Dr. Murphy. Dr. Murphy possess competency, compassion, and customer service to sick patients. Huntsville ER could definitely use more Physicians like her.

Wish that I had known when she treated me that she was the co author of a book that as a nurse, I've read multiple times.

This was an ER visit and wait time was based on Triage priorities. Dr Murphy presented a feeling that you were the only and most important case she was working. Her rapid professional assessment of the symptoms without being too clinically rigid was key in allowing the patient to feel at ease. Dr Murphy's diagnosis, and course of treatment were presented quickly and with confidence. Should I require medical treatment in the future I would want to be treated by this physician.
