Inept office staff, Someone put wrong info( name birthdate) now I’m in collections because they can’t get paid by my insurance with wrong info and they don’t care to figure it out! I liked dr zeite ,but I would steer clear of that crozier practice!

very satisfied!! Dr. Zeitz is a very personable doctor who takes the time to put the Patient as ease and listens to the Patients concerns and symptoms. She does a very through exam to understand the severity of the Patients physical issues. Dr. Zeitz came very highly recommended and I really like her a lot.

Took someone ahead of me that didn't have an appt, made me wait 45 minutes then gave me 15 minutes of her time and basically told me to show myself out. Everytime I go I have to wait, but this is ridiculous. Bedside manner? Hurry up and get out, that's her bedside manner.
