Dr. Monika Mustafa, MD

My visit to Monika Mustafa was by far the worst experience I've had anywhere. I feel this Dr. Is not concerned about the wellbeing of the child but she is more concerned with the money aspect. We took our daughter to urgent care because she fractured her hand at school and the office was closed for lunch. After waiting at urgent care for 1.5 hrs they called us to the desk and said Mustafa preferred if we went to her office. She assured us that we would be seen once we got there, upon arriving to her office we notice the waiting room was full .the girl at the front desk had no idea we were coming and told us we would have to wait to be seen. We waited for 1.5 more hours and finally said were were just going to change drs. I feel she could have let my child be seen at the urgent care since we were there and she had no availability. Instead she wanted to get paid and my daughter just sat in agony. Very unfortunate.
