Dr. Monique Helene Gibson, MD

Extremely unsatisfied with what she perceives as care. My grandmother, who is 80, injured her hip and knee over 2 weeks ago and had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Upon discharge, she was given instructions to follow up with her primary care physician for more tests. My grandmother has called several times trying to make contact with her to have an MRI set up to see what damage has been done to her knee and hip, and Monique Gibson flat out refused. She wouldn't return my grandmother's phone calls and has been very rude right along side her staff.

Dr. Gibson is knowledgeable in many different areas and able to use that varied knowledge in balancing the care appropriately.Her approach is forthright and caring and she is willing to discuss matters in a logical manner with her patient.I recommend her expertise.

This is one poor excuse for a physician. I went to her with very specific complaints over a period of 8 months, loosing weight, running fevers, etc. and she didn't have my blood test results or my radiology results(from the hospital--isn't that part of her job to know?)and she had no idea of a differential diagnosis or what to do next.She is very morbidly obese and certainly not a good example of a healthy lifestyle.
