Dr Manganelli is absolutely incompetent. When I first visited her she seemed okay. However after prescribing the wrong medication three times in two weeks and not following up with me I dug deeper. She went to a third rate medical school in Grenada and her abilities reflect this. Stay away unless you want to get sicker than you were before you saw her

I visited Dr Manganelli for mild type 2 diabetes. She prescribed a medicine that gave me horrible congestion. I called her office nurses 5 times before getting a response. Finally after 4 days she told the nurse to change my medicine. Before I picked up the new medication I read that this new medication was almost identical to the previous medication and the number 1 side effect from the new medication was congestion. I started the new medication and within one day could not breathe. It is pretty obvious she either is not knowledgeable or just doesn’t care. Both medicines are almost identical. Once you leave the office no one cares

Awful Woman

One of the best doctors I have seen since moving down here in 2015. Professional, friendly, explains in detail, looks at you and not a computer screen. Highly recommend and glad I found her.

After having other physicians covering my diabetic care she is excellent - listens carefully and just a pleasure to see.

Dr. Manganelli is an excellent Dr. However, after seeing her for for 9 months I had a terrible experience. I had an appointment for a six month check up to review previously done blood work. I thought the appointment was 10:30am. When I got to the office at 10:18 am the office staff told me my appointment was for 10:00am. I apologized and said I had it in my phone for 10:30. They told me the Dr. would not see me because i missed my appointment. I was totally taken aback that the Dr would not see me because I made a mistake and was 20 minutes late. After waiting over one hour and telling the office staff I would not leave until the Dr herself said she would not see me I was told at 11:40 that she would not see me. I told the staff that I thought the Dr and the office was a disgrace and I would not return to the office.

Horrible experience. I waited over 45 minutes and then met by Dr Manganelli....at first she seemed ok...then she turned rude. My blood test results were to be gone over with me in my next appointment was scheduled 3 or 4 months later. Whose does this.

Had an appointment with Dr Manganelli, the dr wrote a prescription for me when I went to pharmacy to pick up perscription I was told the cost was $444.00 with no generic. I have no insurance for medications so told pharmacy I could not take them. Called Dr several minutes after and left a message on machine telling her situation. Not hearing from her I called back two days later and spoke to a medical assistant telling her my situation.. she informed me Dr Manganelli had revceived the message.. it is now six days later without a word. Am looking for a new doctor.

Saw Dr. Manganelli after waiting 3 months for an appointment and was impressed with her but her office staff, not so much. They overall do a very poor job of following up on test results making the patient do most of the work to get the results. Terrible, terrible staff.
