If I could give a 0 I would. The office is cold and unfriendly. I showed up on time with all my paperwork already filled out. I waited in the waiting room for about 15 mins. which I thought was great. They proceeded to take me to exam room and take all the vitals with absolutely no emotion or talking. She told me Dr Pouliot would be in in a few minutes have a seat. I then waited one hour and no one came at all to even give me an update. I walked to the front desk to tell them I was leaving as this was unacceptable and I was there to see if I wanted to use her as my primary care. They looked me up on the computer verified I had been waiting and just said OK and I walked out. Not even an apology or she will be right with you. Not a practice you would want to trust with your health.

I've spent the last two YEARS trying to get office staff to send my medical records to my new doctor. The office staff are extremely rude. The main reason for my decision to switch doctors at first was because my doctor changed her schedule at the time and only worked on days that I wasn't available for appointments as a full time employee and grad student with internship hours. The office staff had the gall to suggest that I learn to "better manage my time" to make the doctor's schedule work. I would never recommend this practice to anyone The doctors are OK at best, but the office staff are a deal breaker. I guess my medical records for the first 28 years of my life can be considered lost because of their incompetence.

Always have to wait for an appointment, long wait in waiting room. Good Dr. otherwise. Typical time for a physical 1.5 - 2 hrs, my time is valuable also. Was a patient for 17 years, but enough is enough.

I have used Dr. Pouliot for over 10 years and have found her to be totally satifactory. She listens, give an accurate diagnosis, refers when needed to doctors I found helpful. She visited with me once in a nursing home when she did not have to. She has called on occasion after certain procedures. Most of the office staff is good- there were a few in the past who were not, but they are gone.

I would not recommend this doctor to a friend. She is never on time for her appointments and her recordkeeping leaves much to be desired and it takes forever to get copies of blood work done. She also does not follow up

staff is indifferent and rude. No one introduces themselves or identifies what their occupation is. I am not going back.

she NEVER updates her records as to what presciptions you are currently taking. Each time you go to her office you are asked to "mark off" the drugs you are currently on.... most of which you haven't used in 15 years. The lack of co- ordination of prescriptions is scary !. I even had a pharmacist call me and say she could not fill a presciption Dr. Pouliot had prescibed because it conflicted with a med I was on and could cause serious health issues....On top of this, she doesn't seem to have the time to care about her patients. I have waited 3 weeks now for a referral from her, to another doctor.... still no referral after numberous phone calls and even a office visit.... I still sit here in pain. I'm done.I am taking my business elsewhere

Dr. Monique Pouliot is a classic example of someone who although seemingly kind and professional but is completely unqualified to diagnose or care for any patient who is seriously ill.

She is excellent. Waiting time can be long, but she makes up for it by being thorough.
