I have been seeing Dr Prasad since she arrived at Sparrow North and feel so differently than many of the reviewers here. She doesn’t seemed hurried at all, looks at my chart before I arrive, listens very well and always follows up. I also have many issues and she has been very helpful and supportive.

Would NOT recommend, I'm finding someone with a better fit. She doesn't follow through with my questions and concerns.. I've given her enough of a chance. I see her reviews and I mostly agree. She needs to get to know her patients instead of taking notes so much. Learn empathy and compassion..I really don't have better wording, she upsets me a lot. I don't know how she got through medical school.

I thought she was very good and well trained.very good bedside manner and listened to my concerns.

Doesn't take time to review a patient's chart or test results which leads her to make mistakes in medication & diagnoses. Doesn't listen to patients and seems in a hurry to brush them off. My former PCP at this practice was amazing, sadly Dr. Prasad doesn't seem like she even wants to see patients.

She replaced my Dr at SMG north and is the reason Im gonna find another Dr. I've never come across any medical professional like her. If you don't like people maybe this job is not for you.
