Dr. Monita Sukfan Yuen-Green, MD

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Yuen-Green. Throughout the entire visit, she never made eye contact with me even once. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was describing my symptoms, making it impossible to fully explain my concerns. When I asked about her diagnosis or treatment plan, she provided no medical reasoning whatsoever — simply offering a refill and stating 'this is what I prescribe for all my patients.' When I asked follow-up questions to better understand my care, she became dismissive and said 'if you don't trust me, then I'm not the right doctor for you.' At the end of the appointment, she walked out without any acknowledgment or even a basic goodbye — no warning, no courtesy. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and without any meaningful medical guidance. A doctor's role is to listen, explain, and engage with their patients as individuals — not to treat everyone the same regardless of their specific needs. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking… attentive, personalized care
