Dr. Monta Kay Pattison, MD

Worst hospital ever! I brought my father very sick on Monday 5-6-2019. My Father was experiencing chest pain. Symptoms of bronchitis. High blood pressure. His sugar levels were high. After a long wait Doctor Pattinson, Monta Kay (MD) came In ready to rush my father out without giving him the proper care. She looked frustrated. She was very disrespectful from the start and had such terrible bedside manner! Absolutely no compassion! I was shocked to hear Dr.Pattinson screaming and belittling my father. Mocking my father while he tried to pronounce the name of his medications. My Father is Hispanic. We spoke to the nurse Beverly about our concerns with Dr.Pattisson’s aggressive behavior. She apologized for what we were experiencing. Nurse Beverly was such a sweet and caring human being . She really did everything she could to help us feel at ease. At this point we really wanted to be seen by any another Doctor. We were desperate to get my father the treatment he needed. Sadly that… didn’t happen. Dr.Pattisson came in a rage worst than before. Upset because we had spoken out. Absolutely no manners! This lady is racist!!!!! Her demeanor towards my Father. The mocking and smirk on her face said it all! Imagine being so sick and on top of that not sleeping for 8 days! To have this lady screaming in your face. We headed home in disbelief on what some Doctors can get away with. Unfortunately my father left feeling physically worse and full of regret for coming to this hospital. If you are ready to be ignored, treated like absolute trash or put your life at risk. This is the hospital for you. Our experience was unacceptable!

Please don’t put your health at risk in her care!

I went to the ER on a night in early March 2012. I thought I had a stroke. I had a lot of symptoms, but she diagnosed me with having Bell's Palsy. She realeased me (even though I told her I couldn't walk) she said I could despite me having to me wheeled out in a wheelchair. I couldn't speak (was throwing up and had very bad hiccups) she told me that maybe I came down with laryngitis along with the Bell's Palsy on the night! She told me to see my primary care doctor in a week. She anyways I was realeased saw my primary care doctor in about a week and as soon as I saw my primary care doctor she (my primary care doctor) thought I immediately had a stroke and she ordered me back to the ER and she requested that I have a MRI and I went back to the ER and they did the MRI and it reveled I had a stroke. Needless to say the damage has been done!!! I will never forgive her! This doctor needs to have her license revoked. I don't know how people can sleep at night after they do stuff… like this.
