Dr. Monte Sean Meltzer, MD

I visited Belcara Dermatology in Towson. The staff was friendly but Dr. Meltzer's demeanor was gruff and rather impatient. No one wore a mask except me. Despite the fact that I asked for a printed visit summary including diagnosis, treatment recommendations, etc., none was given. I will not return and would not recommend.

Does procedures in his clinic without washing his hands first. Really rude to patients.

The office runs very well. Dr. and Staff are great!

Dr Meltzer schedules his appointments at 8 a.m. but doesn't bother showing up in the office until after 9:30. His staff seems to think that's acceptable behavior. Do not schedule an appointment with this person unless you want to wait at least 2 hours

He is great at diagnosing, etc.

He know right away what it was I had. My internal medicine tried to diagnose but could not find out what was wrong. She referred me to see a dermatologist whom happened to be Dr. Meltez. He looked at my skin in for 3 seconds and told me it was yeast on my skin. He is the best.

when my daughter suffered with alopecia. i was scared and dr meltzer assured me that she would be fine. i will never forget that moment in his office. dr meltzer is the best

The fact that I was rushed and I will never go back.
