Reasonably short wait time. Receptionist & Med Assistants courteous, helpful & caring. Dr. Chung has excellent communication skills (bed/side manners) I left more complete knowing my medical condition, all questions answered. 5+ stars!!!

Dr. Chung never hurries me. He was highly recommended by another Dr. I have been going to Dr.Chung for at least 10 years. He is a very comptetent Doctor.

She asked what had happened to me last night causing my call. I can't believe it but she hung up on me while I was speaking! I thought maybe something had caused the connection to be broken and expected her to call back. I'm still waiting 30 minutes later!! This isn't the first problem I've experienced with her but it will be my last. Sorry, Dr. Chung.

We called them today to refax a referral that the other clinic never received & Tia I think is her name she handles all referrals for their clinic, I had her talk to the other employee from the other clinic & she has the nerve to tell them we are being difficult & she is frustrated with us (mind you we the patient have a cancer patient to say the least) & she kept refusing to refax the referral & to top it all off she hanged up on this lady, and this receptionist is very rude she gets frustrated and makes comments before she puts you on hold so it’s either she wants to hear you or she is just plain rude & dumb that she doesn’t know the other person can hear you. And trust me I will keep reviewing their attitudes towards patients until they get it in their heads that they have no right to treat other people the way they do. The coordinator from the other doctors clinic tried to get in touch with Dr Chung’s clinic & all they did was hang up on them & made nasty remarks towards them all… morning, from their receptionist, referral team even their office manager, we will call our insurance and file a complaint against this clinic & will try our best to move to a different PCP. Since after the first review Dr Chung reached out to me to explain further regarding the patients condition & honestly that is the first detailed information we have received from him & sad part it had to take a bad review to get that now he is involved with the referred Dr we have to visit which he should since is the patient’s PCP, if he decides to reach out to me or us again we would gladly discuss his clinic’s employees attitude. I don’t even want to imagine how his office treats our own elders when they visit their clinic without us, but from here on out we will not let them go by themselves & we will document every experience we have with their office & I will try to record every phone calls we make with them. Best advice we got this day from the other clinic: Change PCP because that office is beyond rude. And I agree with that if they do not like the tone of my voice too bad I cannot change that (it is my voice after all) & again if they took offense on that tone obviously the issue is with them since every single person who tried to talk to them today regardless of the tone of their voice, also Dr’s assistants, receptionist, office coordinators & even the office manager like them received the worse treatment like we did tells you what kind of office they run. Any good Dr needs a good office & employees to keep a good office, unfortunately this office does not have that.

He has been just giving medicines to the patient without fully understanding the underlying cause. Their office has the WORST customer service you can imagine, if you need anything from them and you have a life threatening condition, you would probably be dead by the time they get back to you or get you what you need. We had an instance where we had our patient saw them in the morning checked all their vitals and 15mins after they left the office, the patient collapsed and the nurses and doctor did not get all the vitals correct to know his BP and sugar we're all very low and by the time he was taken to the ER his kidney started failing. If you can find a different doctor do yourself a favor and do that

Dr. Chung's yearly physical (new patient) consisted of feeling my stomach through jeans. The nurse said she would be back to put me in a gown,but he was rushed, and I never was put in a gown.. He did not listen to my carotid artery in my neck and I do have plaque, or check my lymph nodes under my arms, check my reflexes,look in my eyes ears,etc.. They could do bone density tests etc. at the time but did nothing so they could be paid again for an office call I was told. We do not use cell phones regularly and we have Comcast so they were unable to call us for followup. I contacted the girl in charge of their portal 5 times,and gave them my email so my results could be sent to me. That never happened!!! To date, I have not been given my results from their office. My husband was told they would call HEB with a RX. That never happened. He went to their office about a month later. They called it in then,and HEB called us to say they no longer made that strength,and they would consult the… doctor. HEB called us back and the doctor did not fill the RX or gave another RX. We were called on his assistant's cell phone. Needless to say, we are FINISHED!!!! Another doctor in the practice never checked a friend's carotid artery,and later she went to an emergency room to find out she was 100% blocked and nothing could be done at all. Horrible "doctor" if you can call him that! missed my father's broken knee cap! he told him to go home and ice it..i broken knee cap??? he's 82yrs old! what sort of dr misses that! the knee cap was in 2 pieces when the ER doctor just looked at it. this guy is so bad , don't even bother. needs to be flipping burgers..maybe?he can do that correctly?

Can't get refills on meds because no one will return phone calls. Nurse/staff doesn't know what she is doing and is very rude. I had an appointment at 1:45 p.m. and finally saw the doctor at 2:45 p.m. I was waiting in an exam room and heard him entering and leaving other offices for patients that came in after me. When I asked him why the long wait he said he did not see my paperwork on the door. By this time I was so stressed that I could barely talk to him. He is hard to understand and talks very fast.
