Dr. Mordechai Rabinovitz, MD

I went to his office for help with liver damage and treatment for hepatitis c. Everyone there is so professional and tentative to all my needs as a patient, they where thorough and informative when answering my questions and concerns, and this is “big one” in my book- each appointment I had, I never waited longer than 15mins, at the Most, to be called back to a room for my appt. (I’ve been to Drs that had me sitting in a waiting room for 45mins or so just to be called to checkup room to wait another 15 mins for someone to come in!) And lastly, after my insurance denied coverage for my hep c meds because I wasn’t in liver failure yet (seriously?! At that point I’m going to need a transplant which is way more expensive! Where’s the logic?!) so after that, his wonderful nurse Marybeth put me on a list for clinical drug trial testing they do there in that Center for Liver Disease. Several months later I received a call that I met the criteria for such a clinical trial, and began the trial.… So after about 8 months of medication, monthly dr appointments, constant blood work, and physicals, I was cured! Thanks to this wonderful office, my life span has been extended, I’m healthy and will live to see my kids have families of their own one day. All because of the dedication and life-changing work of Dr. Rabinovitz and his nurses. I highly recommend them for it you are looking for a doctor in his field.

Dr. Rabinovitz has been my Hepatologist since 1992. He has always been accessable and has spent as much time as necessary to explain my current issues. I have recommended him to others. He is a doctor I trust and definitely feel he is looking out for my well-being.
