Dr. Morgan Arvidson Todd, MD

Dr. Todd is very good at listening to her patients concerns and needs. She makes you feel like you are in a room of balloons and confetti when you are on track with your health. She gives great support and only a phone call away when you are struggling to stay on track.

I've been a patient of Dr. Todd's for over a decade, and I've always found her to be warm, kind and extremely intelligent. I never feel rushed, or as if DR. Todd is a hurry. It's to tell she picked a career in medicine because she genuinely wants to help patients live their healthiest lives.

She consistently rushed my appointments and sighed if I tried to bring up further issues. She would tell me to make another appointment, so she can charge my insurance again. I've been misdiagnosed by her multiple times and she simply sweeps it under the rug when the correct diagnoses is given by a specialist or results do not confirm hers. It seems that her nursing staff also shares her same bothered sentiment. You shouldn't have to fight this hard for care. I wouldn't recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr Todd for several years now. She is the absolute best! She is honest, shows she really does care, very personable. I would only not see her if I moved!

Having an unconventional family household, I can't say enough about Dr. Morgan Todd. She has been a fantastic family doctor for my wife and I. Routine check-ups and fixing our untimely illnesses with genuine concern and care. She has put our minds at ease many times and is one to listen and take the time it takes. Irresponsible and unprofessional doctor.

Wilmington health does not seem to encourage its doctors to thoroughly address a patient’s concerns. They seem to be of a quantity, not quality, mindset when it comes to appointments. During my visits with Dr Todd, she spent all of 5 minutes with me, mainly telling me that my concerns were likely in my head (despite prior diagnoses in my medical history that indicates otherwise). The nurses in this office do not seem to be adequately trained on patient and prescription management; there were multiple instances where my (necessary) prescriptions were not refilled because the nurses stated I needed to see the doctor first, although I already had an appt scheduled within a week or two of running out of the script. This caused very negative medical consequences, on one instance I had to be admitted to the er as a result. When I addressed this with Dr Todd she simply told me I should have called her, and would not discuss it further. As the nurses are the gatekeepers when calling the… office, I found this suggestion to be very inappropriate and condescending.

When I went into her office I didn't have that long of a Wait hut when I got in there she didn't really listen and didn't really help me at all. She wrote on her little clip board said have a nice day and that was the end of it.
