I recommended not having surgery by this Dr bone graft in my neck didn’t fuse I’ve never recovered.

Be sure to eat your wheaties if you were unfortunate enough to be scheduled with him for an IME. Hes in it for the $$ and will throw you and your heath under the bus to make a quick buck for himself. He will berate you, attempt to manipulate you, and accuse you of lying. Hes scum and on the side of the scum insurance companies. Don't take what he says in his report to heart, he reputation precedes him so I don't think it carries any weight in court. Don't let him rush your answers, take your time no matter what he says. If your unsure just say I don't recall. He can't force you to say any more than you will. He'll give up eventually and you'll be out of there before you know it.

When i was needing medical care, Dr Soriano was more concerned about his insurance company pay check. He ruptured my spinal cord sack and i felt the fluid drain out during an epidural and was laughing about it when i complained about the sensation i was feeling.

The $1700 he gets from work comp insurance trumps his Hypocratic oath. Acts more like a paid interrogator for workers compensation insurance than a doctor. Bring someone with you and video tape the entire examination then give to your lawyer. He will spend the majority of the time trying to badger you with inappropriate questions to trick you and spend less than 5 minutes on examination.

He said I needed surgery and it was a "No brainer". To make a long story short do NOT let this guy touch you. He cut my corroded artery, my sympathetic nerves, and thyroid. I had and continue to have problems due to this blotched surgery. The more stories I hear about him lead me to believe mistakes happen more often than not with him. Do NOT let him touch you.

Due to the mistreatment from Dr. Soriano, my brother was left brain dead and died. When we tried to ask any questions after this tragedy, we were told he retired and all medical records were destroyed. This man should have his license taken away!

Husband involved in a MVA on the job. Work comp sent him to a doctor in Chicago what a quack she was. My husband was referred to Dr. Soriano he spent 45minutes with him going over models and his MRI informed him he needed neck surgery. Was very informative about procedure. Day of surgery Dr. Soriano came out and explained procedure and how healing process would be. Bedside manners were impeccable. Very pleased with office staff and wait time. The only problem my husband encountered was the work comp adjuster and work comp company therefore; very upset by reading these work comp reviews. I don't believe that Dr. Soriano is a spoke person for the work comp companies.

Misdiagnosed L-5 disc protrusion impinging on S-1 nerve root. Condition required surgical intervention. Documenting that only a muscle strain had occurred. Then placed either inaccurate or false documentation in IME report. Subsequent Magnetic resonance imaging and two orthopedic surgeons confirmed findings of L-5 disc herniation, requiring surgical intervention. Unprofessional and/or unethical reporting for insurance company.

Dr. Soriano performed surgery on my Mom and it's amazing how well she was afterwards. I decided to do whatever I had to do to have Dr. Soriano perform my surgery. I never had an issue afterwards just like my Mom. I'm grateful for Dr. Soriano's expertise when it comes to the spine.
