Dr. Moshe Chaim Chasky, MD

Dr. Chasky treated my sister for small cell lung cancer. Dr. Chasky was the most compassionate doctor I had ever experienced. With a terminal diagnosis, there were many hurdles during the course of her treatment. I accompanied my sister on visits and treatments, and Dr. Chasky was extremely caring ... he always sat right beside my sister and looked into her eyes to promise her he would give her his best care and attention ... and that he did. Knowing that patients are often in pain and distraught, he was always prompt with appointments, took the time to answer all questions, and in "layman's" terms. He waited at the office after hours when she had an emergency and needed to see him and when she was no longer ambulatory, he visited her at home ... something that is unheard of in today's world of medicine. She could have been transferred to a doctor at a large "teaching" hospital in Philadelphia, but she felt comfortable with Dr. Chasky and I could not be more pleased with her… choice. He is unwaveringly dedicated, professional and knowledgeable, highly skilled and educated in his field. In addition, he is always accessible, a quality so crucial to a patient with such a challenging and exhausting illness. He makes the patient feel as though they are his ONLY patient. I thank Dr. Chasky for the steadfast care he provided, and I thank his family, as I know they must on occasion sacrifice family time so that he can be who he is. The world is a better place because of people like Moshe Chasky, M.D.

If you have cancer and need an Oncologist for your Chemo/Radiation application this is my guy. From a patient care and communication standpoint he is second to none. Not many doctors give you their cell phone numbers and answer your text messages and phone calls almost immediately. Facing Cancer is the scariest thing I've ever had to go through. He made it easier to deal with by answering my questions immediately. Through text messaging mostly.
