Incompetent office staff. Have been trying to get a refill on a prescription that requires preauthorization. Left multiple messages over two weeks, pharmacy faxed the office twice. Office keeps on calling back asking same questions and for pharmacy to fax them. Pharmacy did their part and I have explained multiple times that they need to call the insurance. What does it take to have a prescription refilled for a patient being treated for lung cancer? We liked Dr. Zutler but if a patient is without the medication for two weeks because of office incompetence we might have to change the doctor.

Dr.Zutler is the nicest doctor I have ever visited. The depth of his knowledge is amazing, and he explains everything thoroughly and in plain language. He is just plain awesome.
