Rude rude rude. That's my review about this doctor. He ought to be courteous to patient and spouse. Otherwise they will lose more patients. Bad experience overall.

Over the course of several years, I have received only tremendous and absolute expert care by Maternal Fetal Associates of the Mid-Atlantic, LLC. I feel so incredibly blessed to have found the physician - Dr. Hassan. He has followed me throughout two pregnancies. There is no one provider that I would trust more. At every single visit, he took his time with me to listen, to thoroughly examine, and to fully explain/answer our questions. Dr. Hassan is of course exceedingly knowledgeable beyond that he clearly loves what he does and it makes all of the difference as a patient. In addition, I saw Dr. Spiliopoulos for genetic counseling following a miscarriage of a third pregnancy. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding care we received. Dr. Spiliopoulos was gracious to listen, discuss the most appropriate course of action, and answer every question we had for him. Dr. Spiliopoulos offered to us – the absolute best care. I have been seen in three of… their office locations: Fair Oaks, Gainesville, and Leesburg. All of these locations offered a friendly, helpful, and compassionate administrative staff and sonogram technicians. As a mother or mother-to-be, you hope get your baby the best care possible – and this is definitely the practice to do that. At every visit, everyone on the Maternal Fetal Associates team demonstrated the utmost excellent care, thoughtful consideration, and the highest sensitivity during a possibly worrisome situation. Furthermore, their sonogram equipment is the newest/best available. Even my regular OBGYN provider admired the quality of their sonogram machines. Therefore, I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Maternal Fetal Associates of the Mid-Atlantic to any family.

Terrible doctor. Missed a critical diagnosis and I ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. His response when I was diagnosed by another high risk group was that he was "satisfied with his service." I could have died and I could have lost my first unborn child. Very careless. No accountability. I very strongly do not recommend. Terrible bedside manner. Spent 1.5 to 2 hours for each appt. Only saw Dr. Hassan for about 10-15 minutes - time he spent with his back turned towards me and charted. Inappropriate and unprofessional. I asked for waiver of my $1200 bill for my appointments since Dr. Hassan missed my diagnosis of complete placenta previa. There was no accountability - I was forced to pay the full amount. Avoid, avoid, avoid! There are better MFM groups out there.

We waited for this doctor for more than an hour. Then we asked doubts and his answers were extremly rude. Looks like he expects that patients should not have any questions or clarifications to him. The staff was also extremly rude and looks at people like aliens and made us uncomfy. Overall a bad experience for us in this ultrsound sound practice and this doctor

waited for two hours and when we ask question he was very rude. i don lik giving him one star. he don deserve one star also

Excellent Physician with great bedside manners and very professional.

When i first started going the wai times were minimal. Every time i am scheduled for dr hassan, i am not seen until an hour after my appt time. He gives contradictory information from his other physicians and my primary OB/GYN. I feel like he does not listen nor has he read my chart.

My wife and I had gone to see him today and got very disappointed because he did not talk courteous to us and was very rude when it came to looking at our reports.

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Office staff was pleasant. Dr. Hassan was excellent!! Has very good bedside manner, and knows what he is doing!!
