Dr. Moutaz Al-Nabhan, MD

I am a new patient. My experience with this Dr. has been great. I saw him one time before my Bronchoscopy he performed on me. I saw him for a follow up. He was very nice, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable at both of my appointments. His staff are very friendly and caring. Look forward for my upcoming appointment. Very pleased. Thank you Dr. Al and office staff.

Ordered tests for me-when I went back to the office for followup appointment, they 'scolded me' saying that they didn't order these tests and I can't just go around ordering my own tests! The hospital can't do testing without their order-they had the orders, even had record of who it was in his office that called it in...but the doctor's office had no record of ordering the test or the followup visit they scheduled. They scolded me for their own incompetence!

I am currently a patient and at this time have no negative remarks. I feel Dr. Al is a very fine Dr and has his patients best interest at stake.

Completely incompetent and rude! Unfortunately there is not the option to rate him a ZERO.

My experience with Dr. Al-Nabhan and his staff is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a doctor. His staff is incompetent. It took me 6 months to finally get on a BPap machine that was greatly needed. I had to constantly follow up to see if my sleep study appointment had been set up. Once they were completed I had to let the office staff know 5 different times when and where the sleep studies that they set up were conducted. I questioned if anything was written down in my records because they kept asking the same question over and over. Never got an answer. Before going in for one of my appointments I had to call to make sure that they had received the results from the sleep study so that I would not be wasting my time going to the appointment. I had to tell them that the doctor had to go to American Sleep to sign off on the report so that it could be released. Their office said that they didn't have to do that and then called my back later to postpone my… appointment to give the doctor an additional day to go sign off on the report. I had to make sure that they sent the reports to American Home Patient so they could order and set up my machine with the proper settings. All of these things kept delaying the outcome of me getting on the BPap machine. Thier famouse saying was "if you haven't heard anything in a week, call us back". Every time I had to call back because they never did what they said they were going to do the first time.
