Unfortunately, before even getting to meet the doctor the office staff totally turned us off by being uncompassionate in fact by being money hungry. I made an appointment and gave them my credit card for a deposit of $200.00. Due to some severe health conditions my husband was at the office on the day of his first appointment but had to rush back home and then went back to the doctor's office so he was late to his appointment and the front office person was extremely rude and said they will keep his $200.00 deposit which they did because he was late and to reschedule she demanded another $200.00 which my husband gave as he felt he didn't have a choice. With our luck we had to call and cancel the second appointment due to an emergency out of town travel. They kept the second $200.00 as well, so they charged my credit card $400.00 without once seeing the doctor. When I called to reschedule, and explained in detail our circumstances Sue the office manager says she had already refunded… the $200.00 which wasn't done until I confronted her and she checked up on it and refunded only $200.00. I asked for the other $200.00 refund and they refused saying they allotted an hour of the doctors time. They asked us to seek help elsewhere and yet even today I get a reminder text from them of an appointment with Dr. Rao so maybe I need to charge them for that. I am a professional business woman and totally value time and understand office policies but I am also human and understand that things happen in life and that's why we need doctors like Dr, Rao to help and not hurt someone's dignity to fill their pockets and make this a money making business without compassion.

Dr.Rao is very kind and really listens to you. She is very helpful and caring. I really appreciate all her knowledge and she is truly cares about her patients. The office staff is very kind and helpful too.
